To register and view your service invoices and outstanding dues, follow these steps:
Please click the "Click Here" button to be redirected to the verification page, as shown in the figure below.
If you have not received the email, please raise a ticket at support.qikcell.com or contact us at sales@tickiot.com.
2. On the verification page, users are required to authenticate their identity by entering the email address and first name associated with their UCaaS account. The first name should match the greeting in the account creation email ("Hello, [First Name]").
3. After successfully verifying, the user will be redirected to the registration page, where they need to enter the following details:
- Username – Enter the desired username for the account.
- Password – Set a password that meets the following requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 special character
- Retype Password – Re-enter the password to confirm it.
5. After entering all the required details, click the "Submit" button to complete the registration process successfully.
6. After successful registration, click the "Login" button to be redirected to the login page.
- Enter the username and password used during registration.
- Click the "Login" button to access your account.
7. Upon successful login, the user will be redirected to the Dashboard page of their account.
- The Dashboard displays the current balance and due amount.
- By clicking on "Due Amount", the user can proceed to pay the outstanding dues.
