How to Disable 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi radio in phoneMDM.



1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.




 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the Wireless option.




 4. Select Radio-1 to access the 2.4GHz page and Disable the 2.4GHz network.




5. To disable the 2.4GHz WiFi, use the switch labeled "Enable/Disable" on the Radio-1 2.4GHz settings page. This feature allows you to control the activation of your 2.4GHz WiFi network. You can perform a similar process in the 5GHz settings.





6. Select Radio-2 to access the 5GHz page and Disable the 5GHz network.





7. To disable the 5GHz WiFi, use the switch labeled "Enable/Disable" on the Radio-2 5GHz settings page. This feature allows you to control the activation of your 5GHz WiFi network.





8.click the Save button to save your changes.
