How to Enable or Disable the LAN ports on RC500

To enable or disable the LAN ports on the RC500 device, please follow these steps:


1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.




 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the Network option, which is the second section on the left side.




4. In the Network section, you will see options like LANWANCellularStatic Lease, and Switch. Click on Switch to access the Switch page to Enable or Diasable the LAN ports of your device.



5. On the Switch page, you will find switches for all four LAN ports available on the RC500 device. You can Enable or Disable each LAN port by clicking its corresponding switch.



6. After Enabling or Disabling the desired LAN port, click the "Save" button to apply the changes. The LAN ports you have Enabled will then be ready for use.
