How to Add Guest network in RC500

To add the guest network on the RC500, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click on the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.

3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the Wireless option, which is the third section on the left side.

4. In the Wireless section, you will see four options: Radio-1, Radio-2, MAC Filtering, and Guest Network. Select Guest Network to access the Guest Network page and set up the guest network.

5. After accessing the Guest Network page, the following options are available:

• Guest 2.4GHz Enable: Toggle the switch to enable the 2.4GHz guest network if it is currently disabled.
• SSID: This field displays the default Service Set Identifier (SSID). You can edit the SSID by entering a new name.
• Encryption: Choose from three encryption options—TKIP, AES, or TKIP&AES—to secure your wireless network.
• Password: A default password is provided for the guest network. You can change it by entering a new password (The password length should be 8 characters).
• Client Isolation: Enable or disable client isolation to restrict guest devices from communicating with each other.
• Maximum Client Connection Allowed: Specify the maximum number of clients allowed to connect to the guest network.
  

6. After entering the required information for the Guest Network on your RC500, click Save to finalize the setup. Your Guest Network is now ready for use.
