How to Add MAC Filtering

To add MAC filtering on the RC500 in PhoneMDM, please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.




 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the Wireless option, which is the third section on the left side.




 4. In the Wireless section, you will see four options: Radio-1, Radio-2, MAC Filtering, and Guest Network. Select MAC Filtering to access the MAC Filtering page and set up the MAC Filtering network.



5. In the MAC Filtering option, the following sub-options are available:
  • Rule: Select Disabled, Allow, or Deny to manage network access for specific MAC addresses.
  • Add MAC Address: Enter the MAC address you wish to Allow, Disable, or Deny for network access.



 6. After entering the required information in the MAC Filtering on your RC500, click Save to finalize the setup. is now ready for use.
