To add Radio-1 for the 2.4GHz band on the RC500, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.
2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.

3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the Wireless option, which is the third section on the left side.
4. In the Wireless section, you will see four options: Radio-1, Radio-2, MAC Filtering, and Guest Network. Select Radio-1 to access the 2.4GHz page and set up the 2.4GHz network.

5. In the Radio-1 option, the following sub-options are available:
- 2.4GHz WiFi On/Off: Enable or disable the 2.4GHz WiFi band.
- Wireless Name (SSID): Enter or modify the Service Set Identifier (SSID), which is the name of your wireless network.
- SSID Hide: Choose whether to hide the SSID from broadcasting to prevent it from appearing in the list of available networks.
- Client Isolation: Enable or disable client isolation to restrict devices on the network from communicating with each other.
- Max Client Connection Allowed: Specify the maximum number of clients that can connect to the 2.4GHz network.
- Channel: Select the wireless channel to optimize network performance and minimize interference (Recommended to set to Auto for better performance).
- Auth Mode: Choose the authentication mode for network security (eg., disable, wpa2, mwpa/wpa2).
- Encryption: Select the encryption type (e.g., TKIP, AES, or TKIP&AES) to secure your network.
- Password: Enter or change the password for connecting to the network (The Password length should be 8 characters).
6. After entering the required information in the Radio-1 for 2.4GHz on your RC500, click Save to finalize the setup. The router will automatically apply the configurations and reboot. once the reboot is complete Your Radio-1( 2.4GHz) band is now ready for use.
