How to add the Cellular connection on the RC500 Device

To add the cellular connection on the RC500 Device, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.

 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the Network option, which is the second section on the left side.

4. In the Network section, you will see options like LAN, WAN, Cellular, Static Lease, and Switch. Click on Cellular to access the Cellular page to setup your Cellular connection.

5. In the Cellular section, the following options are available:

• APN: Configure the Access Point Name for your network provider.
• SIM Pin1: Enter the PIN for the primary SIM card in this field.
• SIM Pin2: Enter the PIN for the alternate SIM card in this field.
  

6. After entering all the required data for setting up the Cellular connection, click Save to apply the changes. Your cellular connection is now ready for use.
