How to change Settings in Call Waiting.

1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.

 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the Call Waiting option, which is the second section on the left side.

4. In the Call Waiting settings, you will find the following sub-options:

• Call Waiting Enable Switch: Allows you to enable or disable the Call Waiting feature.
• Call Waiting Tone: Customizes the tone that alerts you to an incoming call while you are on another call.
• OnCode: Code used to activate the Call Waiting feature.
• OffCode: Code used to deactivate the Call Waiting feature.
  

5. After entering all the required data in Call Waiting settings, click on the Save button to save the changes. You are now all set to use the Call Waiting feature.
