How to Enable or Disable the WAN connection in RC500

To Enable or Disable the WAN connection on your RC500 router please follow the steps below:


1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.




 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the Network option, which is the second section on the left side.



4. In the Network section, you will see options like LANWANCellularStatic Lease, and Switch. Click on WAN to access the WAN page to Enable or Disable the WAN connection of your router.



5. On the WAN page, you can see a switch which contains Enable or Disable. By clicking on that, you can change whether you want to Enable or Disable the WAN connection on your router.



6. After adjusting the settings for the WAN connection, click the Save button to apply and complete the changes made.
