How to make change in Programmable keys settings.

1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.

 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the DSS Keys option, which is the Fifth section on the left side.

4. In the DSS Keys page, there are two sections: Line Key and Programmable Keys. Click on Programmable Keys to access and modify the Memory Key options.

5.In the Memory Key section, you can configure up to 11 memory keys with the following options:

• MUTE-Key: Defines the key assigned for the mute function.
• MUTE-Account: Specifies the account associated with the mute key.
• MUTE-Value-PK1: Sets the value for the primary key associated with the mute function.
• MUTE-Label-PK1: Provides a label for the primary key, aiding in identification and management.

Similarly, you can configure all 10 Memory keys with the desired options.

6. After configuring the line keys, click on the Save button to apply the changes.
