How to make changes in SIP settings in Device Configuration
1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.
2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.

3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the SIP option, on the left side.
4. In the SIP Settings page, there are the following options:
- User Agent: Specifies the user agent string sent in SIP messages. Example: Set this to
MyDevice/1.0to identify your device in SIP communications. - RFC2543 Hold: Determines if the device should use the RFC2543 standard for call hold. Example: Toggle this switch to "On" to enable RFC2543 hold method.
5. After configuring all the required settings in the SIP Settings section, click on the Save button to apply the changes.
