How to make changes in the Extra-Features settings in device configuration

1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.




 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the Extra-Features option, which is the  Sixth section on the left side.




4. In the Extra Features section, there are the following options:
  • Transfer Mode via DSSKey: Configures the transfer mode when using the DSS key. Example: Set to Blind for blind transfer mode.
  • Remote Phonebook Flash Time: Specifies the flash time for the remote phonebook. Example: Set to 300 for a 300ms flash time.
  • Auto Answer Enable Switch: Allows you to enable or disable the auto-answer feature. Example: Toggle this switch to "On" to enable auto-answer.
  • Auto Answer Delay: Sets the delay before the auto-answer feature activates. Example: Set to 5 seconds for a 5-second delay.
  • Ringer Device is Use Headset: Determines if the ringer uses the headset. Example: Toggle to "On" to use the headset as the ringer device.
  • Hotline Number: Sets the hotline number for immediate dialing. Example: Enter 911 for emergency hotline dialing.
  • Direct Pickup Code: Specifies the code for direct call pickup. *Example: Enter *8 to use 8 as the direct pickup code.
  • Record User ID: Identifies the user ID for call recording. Example: Enter user123 as the record user ID.
  • Is Incoming Call Roll: Enables or disables incoming call roll. Example: Toggle to "On" to enable incoming call roll.
  • Blind Transfer Code: Sets the code for blind transfer. Example: Enter #87 to use #87 as the blind transfer code.
  • Attended Transfer Code: Sets the code for attended transfer. Example: Enter #88 to use #88 as the attended transfer code.
  • Accept SIP Trust Server Only: Configures the device to accept calls only from trusted SIP servers. Example: Toggle to "On" to accept calls only from trusted SIP servers.





5. After configuring all the required settings in the Extra Features section, click on the Save button to apply the changes.
