How to Reset to factory in TK920 phone
To reset your TK920 phone to its factory settings, please follow these steps:
Access the Main Menu:
- Begin by pressing the Main Menu button on your TK920 phone.
Navigate to Settings:
- From the Main Menu, scroll and select the 7th option: Settings.
- From the Main Menu, scroll and select the 7th option: Settings.
Select Advanced Settings:
- After entering the Settings menu, you will see two types of settings: Basic Settings and Advanced Settings.
- Choose Advanced Settings and press the Enter button.
Enter Password:
- You will be prompted to enter a password.
- If you are a new user, enter the default password: hellotickiot.
- If you have previously changed the password, enter your custom password.
- You will be prompted to enter a password.
Access Reset to Factory Option:
- Once you have entered the password, navigate to the 6th option: Reset to Factory in the Advanced Settings menu.

Confirm Reset:
- Press the OK button to proceed.
Final Confirmation:
- You will be asked to confirm the Configuration Reset by clicking the OK button again.

- After confirming, you will receive a message indicating that the factory reset was successful: “Reset to factory settings succeeded!”.
