Standard Package Content

Installing SIM Card

The device is compatible with mini-SIM (2FF) size cards. Since different types of SIM cards have the same contact arrangement, smaller SIM cards can also be used with the router, provided they are inserted into a 2FF SIM card adapter.

1. With the gold contacts facing up and the cut side on the right hand, insert the SIM card into the slot until you hear a click.

   Note: Do not bend or scratch your SIM card. Avoid exposing your SIM card to static electricity, water, or dirt.
   

Antenna Installation

1. Attach the cellular antennas.

2. Attach the Wi-Fi antennas.

   Note: Do not install or remove the antennas while the device is powered on. Add/remove antennas when the device is fully powered down.

Power Device

1. Connect the power adapter to the socket on the back of the device. The power port is located next to the FXS2 port.
2. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a power outlet.

Login to Device

Local Login

1. Connect your PC to the router LAN port via an Ethernet cable.
2. Open your web browser and type http://192.168.3.1 into the URL field.
3. Use the following default login information when prompted for authentication:
   • Username: celestial
   • Password: hellotickiot
4. After logging in, it is recommended to change the default password.

APN Configuration

1. Login to the device (follow directions in Local Login).
2. Navigate to the Network tab.
3. Select APN Settings.
4. Enter the APN details provided by your ISP.
5. Save the changes.
   

Software Update

1. Login to the device (follow directions in Local Login).
2. Click on the Administration tab.
3. Click on the Firmware Upgrade tab.
4. Click Browse to select the firmware file with the .bin extension.
5. Click Upgrade. The upgrade process will take approximately 3 minutes and the device will reboot automatically.
6. Login to the device and confirm the firmware version under Status > Product Information.
7. It is recommended to perform a factory reset after completing the software update.

Factory Reset

A factory reset returns the device back to its default factory settings, deleting all custom configurations.

1. While the device is powered on, hold the reset button for 5 seconds and release.
2. All LEDs will blink once, and the device will reboot.

How to Add SIP Credentials

Navigate to FXS Ports Settings

1. Login to the device (follow directions in Local Login).
2. Navigate to the Voice tab.
3. Select FXS Ports.

Add Proxy and Registration

1. In the Proxy and Registration section, enter the SIP proxy details provided by your VoIP service provider.

Add Subscriber Information

1. In the Subscriber Information section, enter the SIP username and password provided by your VoIP service provider.

Save Changes

1. Click Save to apply the changes.
