How to change the Voice Echo Cancellation settings.

1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.

 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the System option, which is the Seventeenth section on the left side.

 4. In the System page, you can access options such as Gain, Local Time, Voice Echo Cancellation, Voice Jitter Buffer and Volume. Click on Voice Echo Cancellation to access the Voice Echo Cancellation page and make necessary changes.

5. In the Voice Echo Cancellation section, we have options such as:

• VAD Enable Switch: Activates Voice Activity Detection to reduce background noise during periods of silence.
• CNG: Enables Comfort Noise Generation to fill silent gaps with synthetic noise, improving audio quality during pauses.
  

6. After entering all the required data in Voice Echo Cancellation, click on the Save button to apply the changes.
