How to make changes in Voice Jitter Buffer settings

1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.




 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the System option, which is the Seventeenth section on the left side.




 4. In the System page, you can access options such as GainLocal Time, Voice Echo CancellationVoice Jitter Buffer and Volume. Click on Voice Jitter Buffer to access the Voice Jitter Buffer page and make necessary changes.





5. In the Voice Jitter Buffer section, the options are:
  • Adaptive (0) / Normal (1): Select Adaptive for automatic adjustment based on network conditions, or Normal for a fixed buffer size.
  • Min Delay: Sets the minimum delay for the jitter buffer, e.g., 20 ms.
  • Max Delay: Specifies the maximum delay to prevent excessive latency, e.g., 100 ms.
  • Normal Delay: Defines the standard delay for normal conditions, e.g., 50 ms.





6. After entering all the required data in Voice Jitter Buffer, click the Save button to apply the changes.
