How to Add the Account in TK920+ device in PhoneMDM
1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.
2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.
3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the Account option, which is the first section on the left side.
4. In the Account section, you can add up to 32 accounts. Simply click on any available account number to configure a new account for your device.
5. To add an account, you need to fill in all the required data:
- Account Active switch: Toggle this switch to activate or deactivate the account.
- Label: Enter a label for the account. Example: "Office Line".
- Display Name: Enter the name that will be displayed to other users. Example: "John Doe".
- Register Name: Enter the registration name provided by your VoIP service. Example: "john.doe".
- User Name: Enter the username for the account. Example: "john.doe".
- Password: Enter the password for the account.
- Enable Outbound Proxy Server switch: Toggle this switch to enable or disable the outbound proxy server.
- Outbound Proxy Server: Enter the address of the outbound proxy server. Example: "proxy.example.com".
- Outbound Proxy Server port: Enter the port number for the outbound proxy server. Example: "5060".
- SIP server: Enter the address of the SIP server. Example: "sip.example.com".
- SIP port: Enter the port number for the SIP server. Example: "5060".
- SIP Redundancy Server: Enter the address of the backup SIP server if available. Example: "backup-sip.example.com".
- Transport type: Select the transport protocol (UDP, TCP, or TLS).
- Re-registration Timeout: Enter the re-registration interval in seconds. Example: "3600".
- 1st Priority Codec: Select the primary codec for audio. Example: "G.711".
- 2nd Priority Codec: Select the secondary codec for audio. Example: "G.729".
- 3rd Priority Codec: Select the tertiary codec for audio. Example: "G.722".
- 4th Priority Codec: Select the fourth codec for audio. Example: "iLBC".
- Voice Mail: Enter the voicemail number. Example: "*97".
- Intercom Code: Enter the code for intercom functionality. Example: "*50".
- Conference Code: Enter the code for conference calls. Example: "*99".
- NAT STUN Server: Enter the address of the STUN server for NAT traversal. Example: "stun.example.com".
- Direct Pickup Code: Enter the code to directly pick up a call. Example: "*8".
- Group Pickup Code: Enter the code to pick up a call from a group. Example: "*9".
- Enable User Equal Phone switch: Toggle this switch if user equals phone number.
- Busy FWD off Code: Enter the code to deactivate busy call forwarding. Example: "*91".
- TimeoutFWD target: Enter the number to forward calls to after a timeout. Example: "1234567890".
- TimeoutFWD on Code: Enter the code to activate timeout call forwarding. Example: "*92".
- TimeoutFWD off Code: Enter the code to deactivate timeout call forwarding. Example: "*93".
- DND On Code: Enter the code to activate Do Not Disturb. Example: "*78".
- DND Off Code: Enter the code to deactivate Do Not Disturb. Example: "*79".

6.Once you have filled in all the required details to add the account, simply click the Save button. Your account will then be ready for use.
