How to make changes in Preference settings.

1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.

 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the Phone option, on the left side.

4. In the Phone Settings page, there is a section called Preference. The Preference section includes the following options:

• Inter Digit Time (Dial Call Delay Seconds): Sets the delay time between dialing digits before the call is initiated. Example: Set this to 3 seconds for a brief pause between dialing digits and making the call.
• Active Backlight Level: Adjusts the brightness level of the backlight when the phone is active. Example: Set this to 5 for medium brightness.
• Backlight Time: Configures the duration the backlight remains on. Example: Set this to 30 seconds to keep the backlight on for half a minute.
• Contrast: Adjusts the display contrast. Example: Set this to 7 for optimal contrast.
• Screensaver Timeout: Sets the idle time before the screensaver activates. Example: Set this to 60 seconds for a one-minute timeout.
• Headset Key Mode: Determines the mode of the headset key functionality. Example: Choose "Toggle Headset/Speaker" to switch between headset and speaker modes.
• New Wallpaper Upload Link (Upload image with filename a.png): Provides a link to upload a new wallpaper image. Example: Upload an image named a.png to update the wallpaper.
• Active Wallpaper (type text a.png): Specifies the active wallpaper file. Example: Enter a.png to set the uploaded image as the wallpaper.
  

5. After configuring all the required settings in the Preference section, click on the Save button to apply the changes.
