To configure the Blacklist Settings in the RCVx3 device, please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Open a web browser and enter the URL of the RCVx3 device: 192.168.3.1.

2. If you are logging in for the first time, use the default credentials:

Username: celestial

Password: hellotickiot

 

3. Select the SIP option from the local page.

4. In SIP section select Blacklist to access the configuration of Blacklist.

5. In the Blacklist settings, you can configure the following options:

a. Phone Book Upload & Download:

• Local File: Choose a file from your system to upload. If no file is selected, it will display No file chosen.
  Example: Upload a local XML file containing your phonebook contacts.

     b. Remote Phonebook Download (XML): Configure the device to                download a remote phonebook.

• Interval (s): Set the time interval (in seconds) for periodic downloads.
  Example: Enter 3600 to download the phonebook every hour.
• URL: Provide the URL of the remote phonebook location.
  Example: Enter https://example.com/phonebook.xml.

b. Blacklist Upload & Download:

• Local File: Select a local file to upload the blacklist. If no file is chosen, it will display No file chosen.
  Example: Upload a local XML file containing the blacklist configurations.

6. In the Blacklist settings, you can add numbers to the blacklist by scrolling down and clicking on the Add button.

7. To add a number to the Blacklist, enter the following details:

• Name: Provide a name for the contact.
  Example: Enter Spam Caller to label the number accordingly.
• Number: Enter the phone number to be blacklisted.
  Example: Enter +1234567890 to block this number.

After entering the details, click on the OK button to add the number to the Blacklist.

8. After clicking the OK button, the number will be added to the Blacklist, and it will be displayed in the list, as shown in the picture below.

9. The final step is to click on the Save & Apply button to save and apply the changes made to the Blacklist settings.
