How to make changes in IPv6 settings using Local UI

To configure IPv6 settings in local web page please follow the steps below:

1. Open a web browser and enter the URL of the RCVx3 device: 192.168.3.1. 

2. If you are logging in for the first time, use the default credentials:

Username: celestial

Password: hellotickiot 


 



3. Select the Network option from the local page.

 

 

 



4. In the Network option, locate  IPv6 Advanced Settings and click on it to access the IPV6 Advanced Settings configuration.





5. In the IPv6 Advanced Settings, there is an Enable/Disable switch to control the IPv6 feature. You can toggle this switch based on your requirements.

For example:

  • To enable IPv6, set the switch to Enable, allowing the RCVx3 device to operate with IPv6 addressing and functionality.
  • To disable IPv6, set the switch to Disable, ensuring the device operates using IPv4 or other configured protocols.

This flexibility allows you to configure the IPv6 feature according to your network's needs.


 

 

6. After enabling or disabling the IPv6 Advanced switch, click on the Save & Apply button to securely save your changes and activate the updated IPv6 settings.
