How Set SIP Advance Setup on FXS_1/ FXS_2 In RCVx3 device


1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.





 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the FXS_1 or FXS_2 option, which is the first and second section on the left side.




4. In the FXS_1 and FXS_2 section, you will see options like Proxy/ Registration, Subscriber Info, Advance, Supplementary, Speed Dial and SIP Advanced Setup. Click on SIP Advanced Setup to access the SIP Advance Setup page to change your SIP Advance settings.




5. In the SIP Advanced Setup menu, you will find the following sub-options:
  • Dial Prefix :- This option allows you to specify a prefix that will be automatically added to all outbound calls.

    Example: If you set the Dial Prefix to "9", every number you dial will be preceded by "9". For instance, dialling "1234567890" will result in "91234567890" being dialed.

  • Register Refresh Interval :- This option determines the interval at which the device will refresh its registration with the SIP server.

    Example: If you set the Register Refresh Interval to "3600" seconds, the device will re-register with the SIP server every hour to maintain a valid connection.




6. After entering all the required data in the SIP Advanced Setup, click the Save button to successfully save the changes.
