How to change Subscriber Info on FXS_1/ FXS_2 in RCVx3 device

To make changes in Subscriber Info please follow the steps below:-


1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.




 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the FXS_1 or FXS_2 option, which is the first section on the left side.



4. In the FXS_1 and FXS_2 section, you will see options like Proxy/ Registration, Subscriber Info, Advance, Supplementary, Speed Dial and SIP Advanced Setup. Click on Subscriber Info to access the Subscriber Info page to setup your Information.



5. In the Subscriber Info option, you will find the following subsections:
  • Display Name: Enter the name that will be shown to other users. For example, "Ricky".
  • Phone Number: Enter the mobile number used for communication. For example, "+1-555-123-4567".
  • Account: This represents the username by which the account is created. For example, "ricky.network".
  • Password: Set or update the password for your account. Ensure it is secure and follows any specified requirements.



6. After entering all the required data for setting up the Subscriber Info, click Save to apply the changes. Your Subscriber Info is changes successfully.
