How to change settings in Speed dial on FXS_1/ FXS_2 in RCVx3 device


1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.



 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the FXS_1 or FXS_2 option, which is the first and second section on the left side.



4.In the FXS_1 and FXS_2 sections, you will find options such as Proxy/Registration, Subscriber Info, Advanced, Supplementary, Speed Dial, and SIP Advanced Setup. Click on Speed Dial to access the Speed dial page and configure your Speed dial settings.



5. In the Speed Dial option, you can set speed dial numbers from Speed Dial 1 to Speed Dial 9

The Speed Dial feature allows you to assign frequently called numbers to specific speed dial keys for quick and easy access.

Example: You can assign your most frequently dialed contacts to speed dial numbers from Speed Dial 1 to Speed Dial 9. For instance, if you set "John's number" to Speed Dial 1, you can simply press and hold the "1" key to call John instantly.




6. After entering the necessary data to modify the Speed Dial page, click the "Save" button to apply your changes. Your updated Speed Dial settings will now be available for use.
