How to make changes in Proxy/ Registration on FXS_1/ FXS_2 in RCVx3 device

To make changes in Proxy/ Registration of RCVx3 device please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.

2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.

 3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the FXS_1 or FXS_2 option, which is the first and second section on the left side.

4. In the FXS_1 and FXS_2 section, you will see options like Proxy/ Registration, Subscriber Info, Advance, Supplementary, Speed Dial and SIP Advanced Setup. Click on Proxy/ Registration to access the Proxy/ Registration page to setup your Proxy/ Registration.

5. In the Proxy/Registration option, you will find the following sub-options:

• Account Enable/Disable Switch: Toggle this switch to enable or disable the account.
• Proxy Server: Enter the address of the proxy server. Example: proxy.example.com.
• Proxy Port: Specify the port number for the proxy server. Example: 8080.
• Outbound Server: Enter the address of the outbound server for external connections. Example: outbound.example.com.
• Outbound Port: Specify the port number for the outbound server. Example: 5060.
• Backup Outbound Server: Enter the address of the backup outbound server, used if the primary is unavailable. Example: backup-outbound.example.com.
• Backup Outbound Port: Specify the port number for the backup outbound server. Example: 5061.
  

6. After entering all the required data for setting up the Proxy/ Registraion, click Save to apply the changes. Your Proxy/ Registration is now ready for use.
