Auto dial number when off-hook (hotline/warm hotline) in FXS1/ FXS2
To configure the Hot Line Settings in the RCVx3 device, please follow the steps outlined below.
1. Open a web browser and enter the URL of the RCVx3 device: 192.168.3.1.
2. If you are logging in for the first time, use the default credentials:
Username: celestial
Password: hellotickiot
3. Select the FXS1 option from the local page.
4. In the FXS1/FXS2 settings, select SIP Account to access the SIP Account configuration options.
5. In the SIP Account settings of the RCVx3 device, you can configure various options to optimize call handling, audio quality, and supplementary services. One of these is the Hotline feature, which allows the device to automatically dial a predefined number immediately after going off-hook—ideal for emergency or dedicated-use phones.
This setting allows comprehensive customization of SIP accounts for optimized functionality.
6. After entering all the required details for the FXS1, click on the Save & Apply button to save and apply the changes.
