How to make Supplementary changes in FXS_1/ FXS_2 on RCVx3 Device
1. Log in to your PhoneMDM account at phonemdm.com.
2. Click the below shown Icon to get into the settings of the required device.
3. After accessing the device configuration settings, select the FXS_1 or FXS_2 option, which is the first and seconfsection on the left side.
4.In the FXS_1 and FXS_2 sections, you will find options such as Proxy/Registration, Subscriber Info, Advanced, Supplementary, Speed Dial, and SIP Advanced Setup. Click on Supplementary to access the Supplementary page and configure your supplementary settings.
5. In the Supplementary menu, you will find the following sub-options:
- Call Waiting Switch:- This option enables or disables the call waiting feature, allowing you to receive an incoming call while already on another call.
Example: If Call Waiting Switch is enabled, you will hear a beep during an ongoing call, indicating another incoming call.
- Hot Line:- This option allows you to configure a specific number that will be automatically dialed when the phone goes off-hook.
Example: Setting Hot Line to "1234" will automatically dial "1234" as soon as you pick up the receiver.
- MWI Enable:- Message Waiting Indicator (MWI) informs you of new voicemail messages. This option enables or disables the MWI feature.
Example: When MWI Enable is turned on, your phone's message indicator light will blink if there are new voicemail messages.
- Voice Mail Numbers:- This option allows you to configure the number(s) used to access your voicemail.
Example: Entering "5555" in Voice Mail Numbers means dialing "5555" will connect you to your voicemail service.
- MWI Subscribe Enable:- This option controls whether the device subscribes to the MWI service provided by the SIP server.
Example: If MWI Subscribe Enable is activated, your device will periodically check with the SIP server for any new voicemail messages.
- VMWI Service:- Voice Message Waiting Indication (VMWI) service provides notifications for waiting voice messages.
Example: When VMWI Service is enabled, you will receive notifications, such as an on-screen message or a blinking light, indicating that you have new voicemail messages.
DND Enable Switch:- Do Not Disturb (DND) switch allows you to enable or disable the DND feature.
Example: When DND is enabled, all incoming calls will be blocked and directed to voicemail or another specified action.

6. After entering all the required data on the Supplementary page, click the Save button to successfully save your changes.
